Originally released in 2016, "Beat!" documents a poetry reading in Rome on July 1980 by the likes of John Giorno, Anne Waldman, Michael McClure, Joanna McClure, Antler (Brad Burdick), William Burroughs, Gregory Corso, Allen Ginsberg and Peter Orlowsky. The recordings are taken from quite well kept audience cassette tapes. |
